About Me
I'm a Senior Quality Engineering Leader with 18 years of experience building and leading high-performance testing organisations across fintech, banking, and enterprise software. I've led teams from test strategy through to delivery — managing both the people and the process at scale.
My career spans UK digital banking transformation at Shawbrook Bank, regulatory-grade testing for HAY Bank (an APRA-regulated Australian neobank), and nearly two decades of deep specialisation at Quinnox.
Now based in Auckland, New Zealand, I'm focused on the next frontier: AI Quality Engineering — helping organisations test AI systems with the same rigour we apply to traditional software, covering hallucination testing, bias detection, model drift, and responsible AI governance.
